Naloxone Distribution
We distribute free naloxone to our unhoused communities throughout Santa Ana neighborhoods. If you are living in Orange County and interested in receiving naloxone, please contact us.
If you are interested in receiving naloxone and live outside of Orange County, please check out Next Distro to request free naloxone.
Since 2020, we have distributed over 60,000 doses of naloxone to Orange County community members and have recorded over 4,000 lives saved.

Naloxone Training
We offer free naloxone staff training for local Orange County non-profit organizations. This training covers the basics of harm reduction, the importance of naloxone/Narcan, and how to use Narcan to reverse an opioid overdose. This training is ideal for any non-profit organization that seeks to educate staff members on preventing opioid overdoses. Depending on availability, we also provide naloxone for staff members to use in case of an overdose.

Harm Reduction Supplies
We offer other harm reduction supplies during our outreach, including safer sex supplies, safer use supplies, wound care kits, and fentanyl test strips.
We collaborate with other social service providers to distribute donated blankets, clothing, food, and hygiene supplies to clients in need.

Case Management
Our case managers collaborate with Orange County community partners to assist HRI clients with linkages to housing, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), substance use treatment, Hepatitis C and HIV treatment, wound care treatment, and other community resources.
Our treatment navigator is a CBO Assistor with the OC Health Care Agency and can help HRI clients apply for CALWORKs, Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), CalFresh (Food Stamps), and/or Medi-Cal for HRI clients.
